1. Terms and definitions
“Service” means the TrustVCC website, applications and card management features. “We”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the TrustVCC service. “You” and “User” mean any person who accesses or uses the Service. “Balance” means the single USD balance in your profile. “Card” means a Visa or Mastercard virtual payment card issued to you through the Service. “Card load” means a transfer of funds from your Balance to a Card.
2. Description of the Service
TrustVCC allows you to top up your Balance in USD, issue virtual cards instantly from available stock, transfer funds to them from your Balance, return the unspent remainder from a Card back to your Balance, and use Cards for online payments with supported merchants — paying for advertising, subscriptions and purchases. All amounts are denominated in US dollars. The Service is a tool for managing card funds and does not provide credit, lending or investment products.
3. User requirements
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that your use of the Service does not breach the law applicable to you.
4. Account and security
You undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity carried out under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Any unauthorised use of your account must be reported to us without delay. We may suspend or close accounts that contain inaccurate information or are used in breach of this Agreement.
5. Balance and top-ups
The Balance is topped up in USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20): 1 USDT is credited as 1 USD. The minimum top-up amount is stated when you deposit funds. Funds are credited once the corresponding blockchain transaction has been confirmed. Blockchain network fees are paid by you.
6. Card issuance and card loads
You may issue virtual cards from the available stock; issuance is instant, and the issuance fee (if any) is shown before you confirm. A Card load transfers funds from your Balance to a Card and may be subject to a fee, which is likewise shown before you confirm. Returning the unspent remainder from a Card to the Balance is carried out at no fee (0%). Limits, currencies and supported merchant categories are stated for each card type.
7. Fees
Applicable fees — including the card issuance fee and the card load fee — are shown in the Service before an operation is confirmed. Fees may be updated from time to time; the fees in effect at the time of an operation apply to that operation.
8. Acceptable use
You undertake not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, to facilitate fraud, to circumvent merchant or payment system rules, to launder funds, or in breach of the terms of any merchant or payment system. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect abuse, fraud or a breach of this Agreement, we may decline, cancel or restrict operations and freeze Cards.
9. Card use and merchant acceptance
Whether a particular Card is accepted by a given merchant depends on that merchant and the relevant payment system and is outside our control. A merchant declining to process a payment is not a failure of the Service. Before making a payment you are responsible for reviewing the merchant’s terms yourself.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, texts and trade dress, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Copying or modifying the Service, or creating derivative products based on it, is prohibited except where expressly permitted by us.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly set out in this Agreement, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service will operate without interruptions or errors.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the amount of fees paid by you to us in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Suspension and termination of access
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, with or without notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that this Agreement has been breached, or where this is necessary to protect the Service and its users or to comply with legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Changes to the Service and the Agreement
We may change the Service and update this Agreement from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
