This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) under which the operator of the TrustVCC service (the “Operator”) offers virtual card services to any individual (the “Customer”) who accepts its terms. Creating an account and using the Service constitute full and unconditional acceptance of this Offer.
Under this Offer, the Operator provides the Customer with the ability to top up the Balance in USD, to issue virtual payment cards, to transfer funds to them from the Balance and to return those funds back, and to use the cards for online payments with supported merchants.
The Offer is deemed accepted from the moment the Customer creates an account and uses the Service. Acceptance also confirms the Customer’s agreement to the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy, which form an integral part of the contract.
The Customer’s Balance is topped up in USDT (TRC-20): 1 USDT is credited as 1 USD, subject to the minimum top-up amount stated in the Service. Card issuance and card load fees are shown before an operation is confirmed and are charged to the Balance.
The Operator performs each requested operation — card issuance, a card load, the return of funds from a Card to the Balance, or a withdrawal — once the relevant conditions are met and the applicable fee has been charged. Cards are issued instantly from stock; a withdrawal to an external address is carried out following manual review. A service is deemed rendered from the moment the operation is completed in the Service.
The Customer undertakes to use the Service lawfully and to provide accurate information. The Operator undertakes to provide the services with due care and to maintain the confidentiality of the Customer’s information in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The Operator may refuse or discontinue service where the Customer breaches the Terms of Service.
The Operator’s liability in respect of the Service is limited as set out in the Terms of Service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
This Offer takes effect upon acceptance and remains in force for as long as the Customer uses the Service. The Operator may amend the Offer; the current version is always available on this page. Matters not governed by this Offer are governed by the Terms of Service.
